个人简介:
沈保根,男,1952年9月生于浙江省平湖市,中国科学院物理研究所研究员、博士生导师,中国科学院院士,发展中国家科学院院士,第十二届全国政协委员。曾任中国科学院物理研究所党委书记、磁学国家重点实验室主任,中国科学院副秘书长兼学部主席团秘书长、院士工作局局长,中国电子学会应用磁学分会主任,中国物理学会磁学专 业委员会主任等。现任中国科学院稀土研究院首 席科学家,中国科学院大学教授,中国散裂中子源科技委主任,合肥稳态强磁场装置科技委主任,中国高技术产业化研究会副理事长,中国再生资源产业技术创新战略联盟专家委员会主任,中国稀土学会磁制冷专 业委员会主任,磁学国家重点实验室学术委员会主任,中国科学院磁性材料与器件重点实验室、强耦合量子材料物理重点实验室和微观磁共振重点实验室学术委员会主任,浙江省磁性材料应用技术制造业创新中心专家委员会主任,《中国大百科全书》物理学科副主编,《Chinese Physics B》、《物理学报》副主编等。
主要研究方向:
新型稀土永磁材料探索和高性能稀土永磁材料相关基础科学问题研究;新型磁性功能材料的结构、相变、拓扑磁性和磁畴结构。
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
长期从事磁学和磁性材料的研究工作。研究了稀土-铁基化合物和纳米晶稀土永磁材料的结构、微结构、相结构与磁性,合成出多种新型稀土永磁材料;研究了稀土-过渡族化合物的晶体结构、相变、磁性和磁热效应,发现了一级相变镧铁硅基大磁热效应材料;研究了一级相变体系在相变温度附近的磁热效应,揭示了一级相变体系中大磁热效应的物理机制;研究了非晶态合金的磁性和输运性质,解释了非晶态合金中磁性和电性的反常现象。发表学术论文600余篇,被他人引用13000余次。获国家发明专利50多件。培养博士研究生50余名。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家973项目首 席科学家,获香港求是科技基金会“杰出青年学者奖”,中国物理学会叶企孙物理奖,北京市科技进步奖一等奖、国家自然科学奖二等奖、何梁何利科学与技术进步奖、陈嘉庚技术科学奖等。
